Convenient geographical and transport position make Zaostrog and Camp Viter an ideal starting point for one day excursions, not only towards beautiful cities from UNESCO list, as well as towards Mostar and Medjugorje, islands of Hvar and Korcula and Peljesac penninsula, all of which are 90 minutes drive away from us.
On the camp area of 1,2 hectares, we are accommodating 122 pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, situated amongs olive, laurel and oak trees, giving the option of shade or sun. Nearby the Camp you can find stores, bakeries, post office, exchange office, ATM and few bars and restaurants serving Dalmatian specialities. For other needs you can easily reach Makarska (25 km), Ploce (17 km) or neighbouring Gradac (5 km).
Peaceful green vegetation, family atmosphere, nearness of the beach (only 20 m) and ability to walk or riding a bike on a beach side and nearby hills, make the camp an ideal place for escape from daily routines and total relax. If you wish to be more introduced to the neighbouring places around Zaostrog, we strongly recommend to enjoy in natural beauties and take part in adventure of discovering of Cetina river, Neretva valley, Bacina lakes, Biokovo nature park and Kravice waterfalls (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
